Luxe Domain Lodging started in 2018 with a single two-bedroom apartment in Zacharymouth. We now manage fourteen apartments across the region, each one individually designed and maintained by our in-house team.
Every apartment includes a full kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, and French-press coffee setup. Beds use pocket-spring mattresses with 400-thread-count linen. Bathrooms stock locally made toiletries from a Queensland supplier we have worked with since our first year.
We are not a faceless booking platform. Our property manager, based at our Zacharymouth office, handles every reservation personally. Guests receive a direct phone number for their stay. If the hot water goes out at 10 pm, a real person picks up.
Checkout cleaning is done by our own staff, never outsourced. That means we catch maintenance issues early: a dripping tap gets fixed the same week, not three months later when a review mentions it.
Each apartment type is priced per night, with discounts kicking in after seven consecutive nights. All rates include utilities, wi-fi, and weekly linen changes.
Compact 38 m² layouts suited for solo travellers or couples. Queen bed, kitchenette, and a separate bathroom with rain shower. Rates start at $145 per night.
55 m² with a separate living area, king bed, full kitchen, and a balcony. Ideal for business travellers who need a desk and reliable 100 Mbps fibre connection. From $195 per night.
82 m² with two bathrooms, a laundry closet with washer and dryer, and a living room big enough for a family of four to spread out. From $265 per night.
Our single penthouse sits on the top floor: 120 m², three bedrooms, a wrap-around terrace, and a private rooftop spa. Available for a minimum of three nights at $480 per night.
Stays of 28 nights or longer receive a 20% rate reduction, fortnightly deep cleans, and a dedicated parking bay. We handle lease paperwork so corporate relocations are hassle-free.
Airport pickup from Brisbane or Gold Coast ($90 flat fee). Grocery pre-stocking from a list you send us. Restaurant bookings, tour arrangements, and babysitter referrals through our local network.
Every guest has keycard access to the heated pool, the ground-floor gym, and the barbecue terrace. Pool towels are provided at reception; no need to bring your own.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in (from 11:00 am) is available for $40 when the apartment is not occupied the night before.
Two of our apartments are pet-friendly for dogs under 15 kg. A $50 cleaning surcharge applies per stay. Let us know at booking so we can assign the right unit.
Short-stay guests receive one underground parking space at no extra cost. Extended-stay guests get a dedicated numbered bay. The car park height limit is 1.9 metres, so large SUVs may not fit.
We use a smart lock system. You receive a unique six-digit code by SMS two hours before check-in. No physical key to lose, no lockbox to fumble with.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit one night. Penthouse bookings require seven days notice for a full refund.
Call or text our property manager directly. For urgent issues like plumbing or power, we aim to have a tradesperson on site within four hours during business days.
